FEATURED PROFILE SUBSCRIPTION — TERMS OF SERVICE

CMMaj LLC | College Music Major Effective Date: April 7, 2026

1. Agreement By purchasing a Featured Profile subscription through College Music Major, you ("Subscriber") agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of your institution. This agreement is between you and CMMaj LLC ("Company," "we," "us").

2. Subscription Description A Featured Profile subscription includes:

An enhanced school profile page template on Music School Finder
Priority placement within Music School Finder search results and listings

Features and benefits may be updated or expanded at the Company's discretion. We will notify active subscribers of any material changes.

3. Subscription Term Subscriptions are annual. Your subscription begins on the date payment is received and expires twelve (12) months later. Subscriptions do not renew automatically. You will be contacted prior to expiration with renewal options.

4. Pricing The current annual subscription rate is listed at the time of purchase. Pricing is subject to change at renewal. Your renewal rate will be communicated to you before your subscription expires.

5. Payment Payment is processed securely through Zoho Checkout. By completing payment you authorize CMMaj LLC to collect the subscription fee for the annual term.

6. Refund Policy All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including cancellation, non-use, or dissatisfaction. If you have questions before purchasing, contact us at [email protected].

7. Activation Featured Profile activation is completed manually by CMMaj LLC within 2 business days of confirmed payment. You will be notified when your profile has been upgraded.

8. Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription term. No refunds are issued for the remaining term.

9. Representative Authority By purchasing a subscription, you represent that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your institution and that the information associated with your school profile is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

10. Limitation of Liability CMMaj LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, enrollment results, or traffic generated by a Featured Profile listing. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid for the current subscription term.

11. Modifications We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of your Featured Profile subscription following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
