- Institutional and personal email address
- Phone number
- Payment information (processed by Zoho Checkout — we do not store payment card data)
- School profile information submitted through the representative portal
- Communications sent to us via email or through the portal

- Activate and manage your Featured Profile subscription
- Communicate with you about your subscription status, renewal, and profile updates
- Apply profile edits you submit through the representative portal
- Send administrative notices related to your account
- Improve the College Music Major platform
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Payment Processing Payment is handled by Zoho Checkout. We do not collect or store payment card information. Please refer to Zoho's Privacy Policy for information on how your payment data is handled.
